Security Policies
Brisbane Milton Bed and Breakfast uses a secure, third-party site from NAB to process your credit cards details.
For payment of a deposit, you will be redirected to this secure site.  Upon payment, you are redirected back to Brisbane Milton Bed and Breakfast. We do not see your credit card number - only NAB does. Your deposit is forwarded to our bank account. Where necessary, we are able to process refunds. Your credit card number is not transmitted or stored by us. 
Upon redirection, you should confirm the NAB site is recognised as a secure site by your browser. Details vary, but generally expect to see a green light or locked padlock.
Privacy Policies
The information you enter (such as your name and email) is used to contact you regarding the booking. This information is stored in a Brisbane Milton Bed and Breakfast database. We may use your email address to contact you with regard to events, special offers etc.  Our emails will always have an ‘Unsubcribe’ link.
Your personal information will not be sold or given to any third party.  Please inform us if you don't want to receive emails, or if you'd like us to delete your details on departure.
Our Booking Policies
We are not able to accommodate pets, and cannot accommodate children under sixteen years of age.  However, special consideration will be given to family groups travelling to Brisbane for events such as weddings.  Please contact us to discuss. Usually a charge of $55 will be made for any additional person permitted to stay in a room. This charge includes a gourmet breakfast.
 All guest rooms, common areas and verandahs are non-smoking.  Guests are asked to consider others when smoking in the garden.
We are happy to accommodate your dietary requirements so please inform us when booking if you have any special dietary requirements.
Payment & Deposit for Individual Bookings
We charge an advance deposit of $50 for each night booked at the time of booking. The balance is charged upon departure.  This charge will be applied to your credit card. 
Cancellations for Individual Bookings
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival minus a $10 administration charge.  We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the original booking for cancellations received within 3 full days of the anticipated date of arrival.
We will, however, make every effort to re-book the room for the period in question, and, if successful, will return the room charges for the nights that were booked, minus the deposit and any additional costs incurred for special purchases.The above policies also apply in principle to reservations made using any Gift Certificate.
Cancellations for Block Bookings
To protect the integrity of our small business, we apply a more stringent cancellation policy for bookings of multiple rooms.Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the date of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of all deposits and all non-room payments. Cancellations received within 14 full days of the anticipated date of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments. We will, however, make every effort to re-book the rooms for the period in question and, if successful, we will refund 80% of the monies received for each room booked.
No show
If you have not contacted us and fail to check-in by 9.00pm on the day of your reservation, the booking will be deemed a ‘no-show’.  The room will be offered for immediate re-booking at that time. In the event of a no-show, the outstanding balance (including all taxes) for the whole length of stay as booked will be charged in full to the credit card on file.  We will then seek to re-book the room for any additional nights of the original reservation. If successful, the pro-rata balance, minus the original deposit and a $10 administration charge, will be credited back to the card.
Check-out and check-in
Check-out is 10.00am. A late check-out can be arranged in advance.
Our regular check-in times are between 2.00pm and 6.00pm.  Should you be delayed or plan on arriving outside of these hours, please call us to discuss an earlier or later check-in.   
Minimum Stay Policy
Currently, there is no minimum stay policy in place.
If you are allergic to cats, please be aware that there is a resident cat at this bed and breakfast.
